Describe the product-team structure and explain why it is a prototype for a more open, agile organizational structure. This is important to understand so that every team can be filled with befitting team members by every organization. There must also be understanding of the structure of different types of product-teams to design specific product-teams in specific ways by organizations. The importance of a product-team structure is important to be identified for designing a prototype. A prototype is important for identification for understanding the ways to design and sustain a perfect product-team structure and organizational structure. 3. Explain five ways improvements have been sought in traditional organizational structures These ways are important to be identified because of the requirement of improving specific organizational structures for obtainment of optimum levels of efficiency. This is because sometimes, changes made in specific organizational structures can lead to better results than just stereotyping and using stereotypically designed organizational structures. 4. Describe what is meant by agile, virtual organizations This is important to be understood to build and design such types of organizations whenever required by specific organizations in future. There cannot be virtual organizations made agile without the presence of specific characteristics. These specific characteristics will have to be identified for differentiating between agile and non-agile virtual organizations.
